I think people should be able to Earn a in game rank Like " Trusted player " and have a Specific colored name Like I Don't know um Light Green? With this you would have a Set of commands that you can use like /weapons and be  To Use other commands of Senior Admins Choice.

Light green is Mod and Deathmatch color, also they have disabled /weapons for a reason in /world 0.

I like the idea of trust players as a rank, but /weapon is really asking alot, because it promotes deathmatching.
If you see a big ass bright red fire engine with the lights flashing and siren going, why must you insist on RAMMING it?!?

it Promotes death matching maybe But Seeing as they are a Trusted player they wouldn't Abuse Rules and as i said higher rank Players can Choose what command to give them?

Well you never really know who can choose to break the rules. Maybe a "trusted" player could be having a bad day.
And being called a trusted player would make those who aren't trusted feel less important as players themselves. So

- New title (even though there are already titles)
- new privileges, maybe they're own Island or command.

For the first time, I agree.
Mustapha: That was just so awesome! The atmosphere reminded me of driving in a car, late at night & listening to some late night radio, really ambient feel you've got going on there. The effects could've been somewhat better, but most of the time, they work, the colors at the very beginning are a bit dull, but they also fit with the theme. I just can't get enough of that atmosphere, it is that freakin' awesome! GL in the finals... I mean, in the upcoming match

The system is rather pointless. I mean Trusted Player so what? What extra permissions etc could we possibly give them?
