This is one of the best things we would like to see also in SA-MP, however as stated clearly in "Read before posting", we do not actually make SA-MP and SA-MP does not have a replay feature ability, you will need to contact the SA-MP Team about this suggestion.

It is simply not possible for us to add this feature unless SA-MP adds a replay option.
