My brother was playing other servers and i saw thet when you enter there is sound till you spawn.
It would be fun if WoS would put music or an audio file talking about /register /help commands etc (it can be made with vozme (online) or other programs)

well thats impossible to me.
you can ONLY Play sounds from In-game ((like Music when you pass a mission and sounds from CJ hitting a door)).

Correct me if im wrong lol.

You can't play custom sounds through SA-MP.
