maybe a sort mini-game where you can do some car-parking?
like, in a parking garage, full with cars, and some open spots.. that u must grab car at entrace and must park it on a random spot marked with red spot? (like stuntwar red spot)

or ehm.. sea safing, like u must get in a maverick and u must fly to a certain spot up to the sea (max 4000 distance or something) and under the spot that there's a random character bot (like helpbot/guards of vip entrace) so it looks more realistic

just some quick idea's
