Problem with joining to the server

Hello,

today i tried to join the server and got this : (look at the picture i uploaded)

I hope someone can help me.

Edit: it seems like only my username is locked, I joined with the name Hai and it worked without any problems.

Yeah ofc it works with "hai" it says "Username Locked" so its your username.
Also your name doesnt appear on the Banlist so idk :(.
