1. You need to buy a house, houses have different price tags. After you have got the money [Euros, which can be earned by doing /jobs in-game] just go to the house you would like to buy by typing in
/visit <house id> [0-629] [Eg. /visit 159], WoS has 629 different house all with their own cars and also with interiors.
2. No, you don't need to find a car, you can just type in
/v <car name> [Eg. /v nrg] which will spawn you a car instantly.
3. No, Killing people [Dming] isn't allowed in-game, you can get Jailed, kicked or even banned for doing so. Thats why you need to read the Terms Of Service and /rules as mentioned above.
