Hello Swift,

Try re-installing Flash Player 10 for FireFox.

Try re-installing your flash player plugin, If still not working Re-install FireFox, If this seems to occur do a System Restore. Relax, System Restore does not mean it wil Re-Format your PC/Laptop, It just Takes it back to a later date, So, Everytime you install something it automatically creates a restore point. Click on your last restore point (for xpSTART>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore) If that does not help, Try a different internet browser(not recommending IE)
