ELM raped me again. :l

Well, I tried to put the new ELM into my game (Emergency Light Mod) Which, is the mod that makes players headlights flash, and if you have skins, those lights flash. Well, now when I start normal GTA, it crashes. And when I enter SAMP i get a BASS.dll could not be found error. And the mod doesn't work. Does anyone know what I did wrong?

OMG NOO i had a 1-10 steps how to fix it and STUPID spell check replaced the wrong thing so i did ctrl+R to replace then it refreshed...

Try Downloading Bass.dll, or ask someone to extract it from their game so you can put in yours, if that fails then send a message to the guy who made it.

The guy who made it was much less then helpful. He just linked me to a virus site.

I have the bass.dll for you.
Installation > Drag and drop the bass.dll into the GTA SA ROOT directory (**://Programs/Rockstar Games/Gta San Andreas/
If you did that you'r done
