I would rather not have my name on the poll since I'm not an active modder. I only make mods out of pure boredom.

I think Pulp is better than me in some stuffs, and I'm better than him at others.
You can't decide who is the best modder, because there isn't the best modder.
You just need to choose the modder you want to ask your skin for, according to your tastes. If you like Nice textures and good wheels, you better ask me. If you want a good effects in the bike, you should ask PulP, it's your choise.
