I never re-build archieve when installing skins, just do what I did there, close it, go ingame.

Strange. When i first started modding, on Vice City. I forgot to rebuild the archive,
and it crashed ingame. Then i just replaced the files again, and made sure to rebuild the archive.
And it was working. So since then, i've always made sure, to rebuild the archive.
But that was a long time ago. So things, has probably changed.
