Server Updates

Faggotmower event added, starts every 5 minutes!
Fixed various typos
Fixed problems with terrorist job
Fixed bug where it was possible to get guns in cars
Fixed problems with turning off name showing
Objects have been disabled when joining a race
Administrators are no longer effected by other people's masks
Various performance enhancement added
Administrators can now edit stunts that may be broken or inaccurate
