In-GameName: KickFlip06
Age: 17
Admin That Banned You: Ron_Dogg
Reason Given By Admin: Car hacking in SW
Are You Sorry: no i do nothing wrong
Will you read and accept /rules?:yes
Extra Info:I didnt hack i was at SW and i did /s in air near the checkpoint and Ron dogg banned.

Greetings KickFlip06:

I clearly saw you miss the tower, and about to land on the ground when you suddenly appeared on the tower and lol'd when you thought you would win the sw. If you /s in the air i would have seen you appear there and then drop down, but you didn't, you appeared directly on the tower where the marker is. It even says that you can't save so close to the marker so how did you end up on it directly when you didn't fall thru the air to land on it from a saved point?

Oh, and that screen shot was obviously taken after you were kicked from the server.

You'll have to do better than that.

Regards,

Ron_Dogg

Ron_Dogg you do realise that lagg can cause that to happen?

I believe he doesn't hack but thats just me

Yes, Edddie, i am well aware of what (sic) lagg  can do. It did not affect my judgment in this case.

Thanks for the concern,

Ron_Dogg

Post script: And so, KickFip06, I await your swift comeback to this dilemma and I'm sure it will be a good one, no doubt.

Interesting that your close stunt wars friend, AlonePrincess, isn't here to back you up? You two were pretty tight, as I remember?!

What? AlonePrincess was banned for Hacks? Oh, surprise, surprise!

Dude, don't you think I've been watching y'all? I've seen /reports about you, but I haven't yet (until now) been able to catch you in the act.

Well, I will be here if you think you can come up with a better excuse. Hopefully it won't be as lame as the last one...shit, i've read better stories in bathroom stalls!

I second this Ron.

Hello KickFlip06,
you think admins are dumb and you can get away with what you did by playing dumb and coming up with fake stories like this?  Well, you are wrong, especially when you are trying to convince Ron, as he can smell a hacker from a mile away!
I will be awaiting your response as well as Ron.

Regards,
Brendon

All I can say is that you are wrong, i did /s in air far from the checkpoint in top and landed near with /l then i wanted to do /s again to make sure i am near he checkpoint but i was too close in the second try, I am not stupid to cheat in such an easy SW. And Eddie is right about the lagg i saw your ping was a little high (my english is lame )

KickFlip has been in my gang for a bit now and I have never seen him hack nor has anyone ever thought he did. Just the other day I thought UniSt@R hacked but it turned out to just be some extreme lag. I'm not saying KickFlip didn't hack but I am saying the possibility of somebody having lag so severe that it looks like they hack is more likely than we used to think.

I'd like to believe this is the case here but I don't. Not 100%, anyway.

That being said, I can no longer be 100% convinced it was hacks, either.

I will say, though, that my suspicions are still strong and that I will be watching, KickFlip06.

Unbanned.

Any further bans and you will not be able to appeal for a much longer time period.

Have a nice day.
