The hcarlock isnt a good idea... that would make the carjacker job useless...

Also @ the suggestions of evilnine, that skyscraper would be a good idea I personally think...

Maybe we could add a /picklock comamnd so they can piclock the cars if locked . And maybe you need a carentain level before you can buy a picklocker in /tesco or something ^^
