It's too bad the only noticeable differences between DX 9 and DX 11 is the HDR lighting and the tessellated water. The new AvP game and Battlefield: Bad Company 2 are supposed to show what DX 11 can truly do.

im gonna need a dx11 graphics card o.o
been thinking about a new one, but luckily, my cousin told me to wait for dx11 cards
btw i didnt notice any difference between my dx10 and this vids dx11.

Cool, it's not DX11 though, or else you didn't turn some of the graphics on Ultra.

Remember you may have DX11 but you actually need a DirectX 11 card to run things on DX11 then, otherwise it will be DX10 or DX9 depending on what your card can support.

You probably have a DX 10 graphics card which supports the minimal features of DX 11, I have an 8600GT and I have DX 11 too.
