You are incorrect, a 'packer bump' is when you use a packer to get to a bump which is physically impossible to reach without one. A bump is where you hit a bump, your not hitting the packer, your driving up it and ramping.

Our 3rd judge Standards didn't show up so we got 3 tie's in Region 2 that was decided by JaTochNietDan.
