And for waffles im sorry it's my fault i was recording on 1280x1024 and i got around 19 fps with that ROFL but my default good setting i get 50 while recording

RADs isn't the be-all and end-all of stunting my dear friend. I tend to use it as a last resort to see if stunts can be pushed. 90% of the time it just adds enough height or distance to make the trick look easy, not make it any better. Just my honest opinion, but eh, recording at 20fps from a, I'd say 50+ F/R probably make things very floaty.
