This is ONLY bug abusing when used in a race.

I realized that while driving home yea . But I didn't ban him for map teleporting, Sykosis told me that he's useing /spectate /s /l ... I spectated him and saw him on someones bike when he was on another spot few seconds earlier.

You can't do that anymore, its not possible.
