Whats SRT3? o.O

It's Re-Textured GTA SA. So all stuff/object of GTA SA are textured with much higher quality.

is the Texture quality thingy;
can i run it with a GeForce 5600 ?
or
do i need to replace things in IMG tool.

No it automatically install everything for you. Also it's in 2 parts if you want to add the second one then you'll have to add them manually but I prefer using Alci's IMG Editor as you can add them all at once and rebuild archive and you're done =).
