is it me or is the second one modded from the new challenge?
looks like you use a gravity modifier at begin of bump and u made it normal when u almost got the height :/
first one also looks a bit modded :/

I tried it on SA-MP but didn't got that close, but in SP I think I could do it. Also someone already tried and told me he bailed the very top.

tried it already
exact same runup etc..
when i got the height, i've only came straight up..
when i got the distance, i just came to like the middle of the building :/
