I see you're concerned about this, but please don't post topics to report if someone is breaking rules.

If you see a rule breaker, please use the in-game report function (/report ID reason), and if there is no administrators online, try to contact them via Xfire, MSN, Steam or some other way if you can.

In this situation where player was flaming at YOU, you could've used /ignore command.
