You should have showed more then one stunt just to prove that it wassnt pure luck.

Every stunt is pure luck(and a sprinkle of skill)........ this is just a bit hard to actually land a precision and I didnt want to waste all my time just to land 1 precision for a tutorial.

Go to a different roof and just show the boost then.
