There hasn't been a release date set yet, but because its in semi-public BETA now, it shouldn't be very far away.

I wonder about latency because of all the computers processing everybody's movements through the net, If all goes to plan it will be a wicked ass SA:MP.

There's a public BETA on right now, 500 players, at least 150 people trying to get in still. No lag, 180 latency and I'm connecting from Europe - America

Obtw what will be the MAX amount of players in 0.3?
