Title: Update for command/teleports and more detailed usage of certain commands~

Hello, as you all know more and more people are playing in WOS now and i realise that many of them flood the chat with questions like : "How to get money? / How come i don't get money from stunts?" and so forth. I think that when u enter the server, new players should be told to /register and be taught a few basic commands and told some of WOS features like SW, house and how to earn money and so on. I believe that this would help alot especially if there are no helpful players online.
