Title: Suggestions nos,vehicle flip quick access

HI,the suggestion is add quick access to vehicle flip or nos,like changing /nos to Ctrl key,and /flip to the h key

You can do this with Binds. using BINDS will "stick" commands to certain buttons that you choose.

You can already set things to any key you want using the bind system.
