Ok here is my new one:
Its about the Houses in WoS, and i saw many Houses wich are bought from players wich doesnt play WoS anymore, and i think to sell their House and give them the full price to their bank, i suggest this because new players didnt get any chance to buy a house, because most of the Houses are always bought, so the point is to sell all the used houses of the old players and to give the new playes a chnace to buy their own house!!!
I hope it is Possible, bacause many playes pm me if i know a good house, because they saw mine

But some players are inactibe for a reason, not just because they left. I'm inactive at the moment :(
Maybe if some one gets banned, Their house should automatically sell?
Unless that already exsists.

This is realy good ide Randy for sure those House owners arent playing on WoS anymore and i think those houses should be for sell then.Cuz guys new players want to have their own houses wich are good so lets make our server more graiter and make new players to have a more fun on our server. :)

I don't think its a very good idea...
(admino) could also add more houses (in SF)
I mean, if anyone is inactive/banned for 3 weeks and if he worked 15 days to get his 500k house, and when he comes back, its sold! gone!
But still I think it could be done for people inactive for over 5 months or something...
Cause I see alot of houses (big) owned by people who are never online...
So it is a good idea, but only if the person ahs been offline for 3/5 months ;)

I think this is a good idea. However, the person should not lose his/her house when he or she gets banned (Unless the admins have 100% decided its a permanent ban). And houses should be cleared after 1 year or so if there are no activities of the person in forum or in-game. If someone is going to be inactive for VERY LONG time, there should be a system to allow a person to tell that he wont be active for long. That way, people wont lose their houses unless they quit WOS.

I think it will be an good idea, so like an cmd /leaveing so the palyer doesnt play WoS anymore then he put in his password and his "stats" will be reset like the house,money,and more he has...

this is a good suggestion randy but the thing is that i see people with big house and the player who owns it never come online because they might be in another country and when they login in WOS they login in night that time everybody gose a sleep i know this because my friend is indian and he plays WOS at night but were they live it in the morinig so i dont think it a good idea to sell other people house just because they dont login have you ever think they might be in a another country with a driffrent time and they play at 3 am or 2 am.

/leave already exists (DM, Race)
Also when you type the cmd then you should get a screen wich asks for a comfirmation ;)
like: Do you really want to quit? your house will be sold! /no /yes

He's saying that giving people back the amount of money they paid is a good idea, which it isn't. It'll just cause a huge amount of house swapping, so it'll become even harder for people to get the houses they want.

That would be adding to the problem... some one might need a few months off for school/college work...
And then they will bitch because they lost their house..

yes but i think its only fair for the other players, to make it possible that they can buy their own House, OR maybe add more Houses in all Citys?
