my suggestion is:
Lets have an option to select your favourite colour for your name. if you join and that colour is free, that you'll get that namecolour.
Also make it that if there are too much of that colour, that you won't get it. else everybody would be blue or pink or something.

Then you get admin impersonations, since the Skin color 255 is the 'admin' color (I thought)
and... why would you need colors for your name? o.O

they could disable colours that look much like admin colours...
and... you don't "need" colours, it just that if you got a pink colour, which most people hate, that you can make it to another colour on next reconnect

Thats true, I myself hate pink namecolour too

Also when your ID is above 100 your namecolour becomes unreadebla black, maybe some people want to change that too...

Ive seen a server where you can do /colour [ID] [ID] to get instantly a new namecolor, that would indeed be cool
