I see that there are a lot of newbies who doesn't know how to spawn cars,go to mod shops.So,i think it will be useful if we have a feature which will do the following:

if you write "how to spawn a car?" and you get a message in the middle of the screen like "Use the /v command to spawn a car" .

P.S.: I know that the HelpBot can help too,but the newbies never read it.

but they mostly never write it like that, they also write "where to get car" or "where are cars"

Indeed,they write that too,so,that can be placed too.

You do realize this is what /question does? It takes answers from a database of what administrators have answered already and displays them.
