Hello,
I see that there are a lot of newbies who doesn't know how to spawn cars,go to mod shops.So,i think it will be useful if we have a feature which will do the following:
if you write "how to spawn a car?" and you get a message in the middle of the screen like "Use the /v command to spawn a car" .
P.S.: I know that the HelpBot can help too,but the newbies never read it.

Indeed,they write that too,so,that can be placed too. :)

Something better might be like a box that pops up, after you register an account, with numbered questions and when you type a number it answers it for you. It could be like an in-game FAQ that is impossible to miss unless you're blind.

You do realize this is what /question does? It takes answers from a database of what administrators have answered already and displays them.

The problem is that noone use it :(
