Hello everybody,
Well i just have a suggestion for to add more commands to /househelp,like /hcarlock and to unlock house car just type /hcarlock again,and /rentroom for excemple 3k. <_<

i dont think /rentroom is good cos how will people know whether which room has been rented? Locking housecars isn't good as people will face difficulties doing /jobs carjacker

Well Hame, you can do /rentlist to find out who is renting, I also do not agree on /hcarlock, New guys who don't know the use of /v will have to use it. also you can do /setrentable # to set the number of people who can rent also /setrent ### to set the price, also /evict player_name to ecivt a renting player.

Too bad the /hcarlock would block the carjacker job, I thought it was an interesting Idea. Anyhow, I have the feeling that a renting system (or an appartment system as suggested in another thread) would require an awfull amount of coding.
I would suggest maybe a second (buyable) hcar? Just a thought.

Unnecisary.
/rentroom - would be good, but some people dont want others in their houses.
/hcarlock - would make that carjackerjob useless [TDOWN]

Not only will it block the carjacking job, but it will ruin the big point of GTA. Hence the name Grand Theft Auto! You get your housecar stolen? too bad! maybe you should go hide it underwater at /t uw or something.

I like this suggestion because i would like my /hcarlock and lock my car no newbie will still my car. The thing i hate is that we wont able to do the carjacker job. I would really love people renting a room i can atleast fit 5 people in my house :D

Like everyone says, /hcarlock will make the carjacker job and the point of GTA Useless.

maybe like the /rent people can share the house and 5000 will get deducted from the people's paycheck or whatever.

I thing /hcarlock isn't good idea... but what you like for:
/hstaff
you can buy something in your house like... when you write /hstaff coming list for staffs when you buy something its coming somewhere in your house...
Like a:
/hstaff
/buy chair
(Chair has been spawned in your house)
And one chair can cost 75k ;D and when you sell your house you get that bought staffs moneys with house
