The thing is for the VIP club the one who whans on the lotto get's it like a house, or the lotto to be better like new things like VIP (house), Money... Admino please comment and se my sugestion becouse i will be happy if you make this on the WoS serve... Thanks :D

I think he means:

Hello I have a cool idea. Who wins the lotto gets a special house, only for vips (or himself).
Or make money if you win the lotto.

he means to put more prizes in Lotto.

he means to put more prizes in Lotto.
That is what he's saying.
I'm not fussed on this idea if I am honest
