Title: Lotto

How would it be if we could win some money at /lotto ?
The command should be /lotto <number> <EuroAmount> and if you win, you get 100 times more euros.
For example:  /lotto 99 1000    If I win, I get VIP Club access and 100.000€. If I won't win, I'll lose 1000€
Would be fun, more players would play, some will win, some will not.

I don't like the LOSING part because, You have a 1/100 chance of getting lotto. And also I don't think you should chose, because people will bre doinng "/lotto 1-100 99999999999999999999999 euros. Know what I mean? LOL

You can bet on 0€, 1, or your all cash. If you have 999[...]999€ you can bet that amount.
But if you have 500€ cash, you couldn't bet for 501€.

to make floryns post less confusing, you cant bet more than you have.
