The suggestion is adding gang ranks,which is simple...
When a guy starts a gang he gets an automatic "Founder" title before his name,he can control everything in the gang,also there will be additional commands like /gang promote and /gang demote which will do the following...
/gang promote will promote a player that the founder trusts and will have the power to /gang invite and also /gang kick and /gang demote which the founder can use to demote the bosses he promoted,its kinda simple and will be useful so people wouldn't wait for the gang owner to invite them ^^ well,post your comments here and thanks.

Can you tell me the reason why /promote and /demote wouldn't be good? if a player abused it the founder can always return the ranks,and they cannot be used on the founder...still till me the reason please and i'll try to find a fix

then you get that the leader /promote their friends and not friends /demote.
But Its a pretty good Idea,

-rank 2- good
-rank 3 -stunter
-rank 4 -pro
-rank 5 -veteran
-rank 6 owner
