I don't like in /deathmatch that new players don't know about team mode and shoots/kill team members. Would it be possible that players in the same team (Elvis or Medics) to not be able to do damage to a teammate ?
It's kind of frustrating to run away from your dm team, go somewhere and hide and explain to him/them that we play in teams and shoot the others, and meanwhile you die 3 times -.-

A non-DM related suggestion:
Lots of players ask "Where do I find an anim list"
A command like /anims  or /animlist where you can find all animations would be useful.
Also, more anims would be entertaining.

A /jobs  related suggestion:
I think a job like "Mechanic" would be fun.
If I'm right, in the next update we will be able to tow vehicles; so the "Mechanic" job would work like this:
When you start the job you'll spawn in a certain spot of the town (a workshop, see the pics below). You get a Towtruck, tow a hcar, get it to the workshop then deliver it back to the house it belong.
Would be 3 workshops on the map, one in each city:
