Some suggestions (house system, commands, jobs)

I had some ideas I wanted to share.
Please give good and constructive feedback.

JOBS


1. Other to /carjacker job. I think it's very hard to get at the checkpoint with the utility van, so i suggest to change the car or making aviable the command /v. (taking in mind people already use it before getting in the utility van)

2. Bank robber job. I heard it was going to be soon in WoS. But it's been 3 months since that. When?


HOUSES

4. Making aviable to put in sell a house. Like you do /sell2 (with /sell u sell the house by the money if was before/2) and someone can see ur house is on sale in /housesale or passing in front of your house (green house mark), so he can make /buy2 and buy it.

5. Rent houses.It will be fun to /rent houses. And you pay the rent in the paycheck. Like you have a house and you do /rent 5000 and other people do /rent and can enter your house. The owner gets the $ from the rent in his payckeck too.

1.  It is the car owner's choice on where to put their cars, if you can't get to the car then just start over.  In the real world we can't change where people park their cars so why should we do this?

2.  You can just find a utility van, spawn a fast car, get into the utility van, /startjob, get into the fast car, drive off. problem solved. (HINT: there is one at /t ab)

3. I never heard of this, so I don't have any info.

4. I believe it should be payed based on the distance you have to go to get the car.

5.  I don't really understand what you are trying to say, sorry.

6.  Nah, I don't care for the idea, good luck with this suggestion.

7.  We've already restricted the at-400 and andromada, Beagles are possible to drive at some houses, some have a big enough driveway lol

Car jacker job? And what you have to do in it? Go to the car and take it to a garage?
Pilot job? And what you have to do in it? Take a plane from an airport to another?
Drug dealer job? And what you have to do in it? Take drugs with a jetmax?
Pizza dealer job? And what you have to do in it? Take pizzas to the checkpoints?

i like the idea of rent i mean /hotel and /motel should be owned by some1 and then ppl can rent empty rooms for example 3k per week
