Ok not sure if this has been suggested b4 but here it goes.
You know how in the bigger city areas there are huge skyscrapers and towering buildings right? For example like by /cars, there is plenty of skyscrapers. Well how bout we make use of them and use them as appartment buidings. So for players who dont exactly have alot of euros and dont feel like wasting tons of hours doing jobs, perhaps they could buy a room in a skycraper for less money then a house. Say like 40k euros for a 1 room apartment, 60k for a 2 room. stuff like that. Or for the rich players who like appartments more, maybe a grand suite for 500k? So how this would work, you walk up to a skycraper and it would say on the info card that appears: Visit numbers: 700-720
This means that when you type /enter, it will load a hallway and will have doors on both sides. Each door is an appartment and will have its own visit number and info card. This might not seem like it has much of a purpose, but ive been noticing that alot of the houses for sale are on the more expensive side (300k plus) and im betting that people with less money would like something they could afford. It would also attract new players to play on the server more beause they would be making euros and staying longer.
second suggestion:
Kinda goes along with the first one. For players who have multi room houses, perhaps other players could buy a room in the house? Or even rent a room, lets say for 10k euros a week, they would have exclusive rights to a room in a players house, and on the house info card it would say: Owner: playerX. Renter: PlayerZ
When you enter the house, the door of the room that another player is renting would be the same as any other house door. It would have its own house note and info card, except you cant have a house car and you would need to do /enter to enter the room. The euros to rent the room would go to the player that owns the whole house.
thrid suggestion:
wow umm i 4got what i was gonna suggest lol. Ill come back later and edit it when i remeber.
