Rules window should pop up when you enter the game and close after like 30 seconds then atleast someone would read them .. actually everyone would read atleast a word ..

I don't really like the idea of this.
I don't even know why you added the Roleplay world since this is a Stunt/Drift/DM server!
When JaTochNietDan was owner, he kept it the same which was really cool because he sticked with the genre of the server not adding roleplay or any of that shit.

This is just my personal opinion.

Actually it is a freeroam server and the only reason why Dale wants this is so it makes his stupid little gang seem more real.

Still, if it's a freeroam server, Roleplay... Way to many roleplay servers and we don't need it.
