Server Updates

• [/vrx] - Completely repairs your vehicle(Only works in vehicles that are /carspawn) P.S This respawns your vehicle, there is no other way in SA-MP at this time.
• Anti DM - Fixed
• [/carspawn] - Hydra, Landstalker, Euros, Freeway and Dumper added.
• Cleaned up some coding.
• [/carspawn] - Now changes to your Auto Color when spawned, /carcolor still not working due to unknown reason.

IF you do /carspawn, select a car and go to a different world (apart from world 0). If you then do /vrx, your car repairs it-self and then it goes back to world 0, but you stay in world X. But you cant drive so you have to go to /world 0 and then go back to /world X. Letting you all know!
