Server Updates

• Fixed /l and hotkey to work on the BMX
• [/clanchat] - You can now chat to your clan! (Works for [TAG]Name only, not something like _TAG_Name or Name[TAG])
• Fixed hotkeys issue, still hydra DM bugged
• Added Firetrucks, Freeways, Dumpers and a Euros! Long awaited
• Updated /carspawn to 10 hours needed and added a message to show that you unlocked it!
• Certain admin stuff changed. Admins can see in-game.

We invite them if we feel they are right to be an admin.
