Updates:

• Admins now see ID's in chat
• [/getid] - For admins
• [/blind] - Admins command
• [/drugs] - Trippy...!
• [/launch2] - Can you say BOUNCE!
• [!id message] - PM system for administrators, possibly public soon.
• Admin chat now green instead of red.
