Panel Updates

• Gang section added
• Leaders can kick members or delete the gang
• Non-leaders can view the members of the gang
• Can also view gangs at http://forums.worldofstunt.com/section/gangs (http://forums.worldofstunt.com/section/gangs) or by clicking the "Gangs" button

Wow there's a ton of gangs even though it seems like 6 or 7 are even active.
