Not a bad setup now. You could get a cheaper 5850 and save yourself some more money though.
You could also ditch the AC5 seeing as how your processor is not a Black Edition.

It's a great game. The only downside to it is the somewhat bad control scheme for mouse and keyboard, it's best played with a joystick.
