i dont know if this has been suggested already but in the gang there should be rankings for example :
owner
captain
co-captain
members
from owner to co-captain they could invite ppl so when 1 of them is offline another can invite, if the owner of this gang disagrees to who joined they just kick or make some rules in the gang.
plus there should be applications so then owner decides whether or not to let them in
