Extra Info:i was on the server and the server first restarted then when it re-connected i went back to playing then all of a sudden it said "Server Closed Connection" and that's it then i tried reconnecting (several times) and it says "Your Are banned From This Server"

Extra info: I was drifting with GTAfreak and this person named NiceGuy was teleporting to me over and over and exploding while doing it and I accused him of using <CENSORED> and I am sorry for saying it in main chat and not just /report'ing it.
