I'm deleting San Andreas at the moment because of the reoccurring lost space so probably I'll be back when I get a new computer or get more space or whatever. I'll still be on the forums though. So yeah.

Surge deserves a promotion because he solved some of the AsianBoy situation.

Raising needs a promotion because he worked his ass off all day: 7 hackers, 31 spammers, and a whole lot of rulebreakers. (I think he said it like that)

I seriously think they do. I would promote them.
