Unfortunately CLEO3 Modifications are 3rd Party modifications which are not meant to be supported by SA:MP, They give you certain abilities and or advantages that other players do not  have/possess, Within this these modifications should be removed from your game and system to halt any further disruptions due to modifying the game in that way. Giving yourself an unfair advantage, Even though it may be a "wallride" mod, It is still counted as modifying your gameplay.

Should you need any more information on this subject refer to the

Ok, Here is a true story which happened last night, A girl, Aged 14 was killed last night in the town next to mine, She was in the park with her mother and a 50year old guy shot her and her mother leaving her dead and the mother severely injured and only just remaining alive, This is 100% fact as it was on the news, i would post the link to the new website which has it covered but the link is blocked.

i can't give much information as that is as much information that was given.

Try re-installing your flash player plugin, If still not working Re-install FireFox, If this seems to occur do a System Restore. Relax, System Restore does not mean it wil Re-Format your PC/Laptop, It just Takes it back to a later date, So, Everytime you install something it automatically creates a restore point. Click on your last restore point (for xpSTART>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore) If that does not help, Try a different internet browser(not recommending IE)

fps and lag are totally different
fps is how smooth your game runs
lag is determined by ping, which basically means the time your game sends information to the server (correct me if im wrong)

FPS is how many Frames are being processed per second. Most stuff on the TV is 25 FPS.
Lag is an internet term, but usually stands for your millisecond connection to the server, the time it takes for you to send and recieve packets from the server in milliseconds.

Isn't the correct therm for "Lag" Latency?

Not exactly the same But exactly the same, The only difference is mine is not Orange, It is Telstra 3G and I paid $100 for it, not the retail $700au
