how can a player whit 42 hours have 21 level ??? because i have 233 hours and level 15 and i need 240 hours to have level 16 .... who can explain me???

after the server move to a nother ip i had 1700000 euro and now my count is empty ... help mee please i whant my money back.... is my favorite server.... i had 182 hours and now my count is empty ... please some one help me... or tell me what is hapening.... and allso my kills and deaths is reset... u can see on this picture  sorry for my bad english
