Upload it to an upload site like photobucket,
copy the IMG code
and paste it somehow in the gang screen ( may be under Profile--->Game Account--->Gang)

Nop every house with that interior has that, its a singleplayer Glitch (as it shows in 'a map editor' too)

and @ randy: you can change house interiors, (I think) All you have to do is get the coordinates from an other house and put them in the Housescript (correct me if I am wrong) ;)
