First suggestion is not really a reality. First of all you said that doing jobs is wasting time? Well no it's not because then you make money and get a house, so it's not wasting time, it's spending it productively.

Also we can't just modify people's games. We have to use the current interiors that exist in GTA:SA, so this whole fantasy of having a hallway full of doors is not possible, since it doesn't exist in the singleplayer game, it can't exist in SA-MP. Also again you don't buy apartments in real life, that isn't an option, you have to rent them.

Even the prices you posted are silly, since houses already exist for that much.
