Different administrators have different ways of doing things, however I was informed by Floryn that he has punished you for this before now. I will unban you this time, but remember that if you are banned you can not join the server again until your appeal is accepted.

From that reason I can guess that you said the URL of a website which is advertising. This is a bannable offense.

This means that on the 14th of February you can create a new ban appeal topic in the same format with the same reasons as before. Remember that until an appeal is accepted then you are not permitted to enter the server.
