1.There are bases 3 largest stunting groups gets them

2. If the bases can be taken from the bigger gangs (in a systematic kind of way)

3.These gangs can issue private challenges.

4. The private challenges can have, money, territories, or bases as the rewards, also classified as "street stunting".

5. The challenges can only be wagered with the territories the 2 gangs own.

6. The bases CAN be manually made and will be set on the 3 major cities and will be an icon for the 3 major gangs.

7. And lastly the gangs can have some kind of extra reward like mentioned in the forums or something
